Outreach Support Service

At Creative Living Care, we understand that every young person’s journey through care is unique — and sometimes, additional flexible support is needed to help them thrive.

Our Outreach Support Service works alongside Local Authorities to deliver high-quality, bespoke support to children, young people, and their families. This includes carrying out statutory visits, delivering targeted outreach sessions, and offering practical and emotional support designed to meet each individual’s needs.

Every support package is individually tailored to the young person’s circumstances, strengths, and goals, with a focus on promoting stability, building positive relationships, and encouraging personal growth. Whether it’s short-term intervention or ongoing support, our experienced team provides a consistent and compassionate service that makes a real difference.
