We believe that our unique combination of specialist practitioners and multi-agency approach helps us support and address all young people needs at an holistic level.
Matt has extensive experience working as a front-line Support Worker, Social Worker and Manager for Children’s Social Care (Child Protection, Children Looked After and Youth Offending Teams). Matt qualified as a Social Worker in 2010 and worked as a Manager from 2013 onwards.
He has managing police officers, probation officers, social workers, leaving care workers and support workers and has assisted a number Local Authorities during and post Ofsted inspection to manage and support social workers in their retention and development and case management of CP, CIN and CLA work. Matt has case managed and supported young people with complex needs; including offending behaviour, child criminal exploitation, safeguarding and harmful sexualised behaviour.
Matt also works as a consultant social worker where he supports the development of social work practice in Children’s Services across Local Authorities in England. He is currently working with the Local Government, DfE and Health & Social Care to review employers standards for social workers in England.
Kris has over 15 years of experience working as a front-line young person’s practitioner throughout Lancashire. This work has involved working with complex young people through a variety of settings. These settings have included health services, such as hospitals and local sexual health clinics, youth offending services, courts, education providers and much more.
Throughout Kris’s career with young people, he has built a vast of experience in building relationships with young people, with the primary goal of empowering them to make better and more informed decisions.
Kris is the founder of the first private ‘Stop Smoking Cannabis Service in Lancashire, supporting young people, adults and families effected by cannabis. Within his work he educates individuals on the complexities of misusing substances and long and short terms affects. Kris also founded a service currently working with individuals whom suffer from anxiety and depression. This service is called Cre8tive Support.
Leanne is a recent university graduate (MA in Psychology) who is a highly motivated Creative Practitioner. Leanne has a strong interest in clinical psychology and has a range of experience and skills within health and social care setting.
Leanne has a great history of planning and delivering a range of therapeutic interventions to clients with immediate mental health crisis.

Throughout my career, I have worked in a variety of settings. I have been able to combine this work experience with academic knowledge to work to the best of my ability. Working with young people is fun, challenging, rewarding and I love that every day is completely different.”
